Renewable Energy Consultation Information Day 11 September, 9am – 4pm Future Energy Yorkshire is holding a free information day and workshop on two high profile government consultations regarding renewable energy. It is a MUST for anyone involved in the renewable energy industry. 09 September 2008

Coastal Renaissance Study Tour 18 September, 1 – 4.30pm Integreat Yorkshire will be co-hosting a study tour with the Institution of Economic Development in Scarborough on the 18 September. The tour will focus on the renaissance projects of Scarborough. 09 September 2008

Planning for BME Communities: Update

The Planning for BME Communities project, funded by Integreat Yorkshire and run by Yorkshire Planning Aid, supports people from Black and Minority Ethnic communities to understand and engage with the planning system. This is achieved by running training sessions on the planning system and consultation workshops on planning documents which affect local people. It also seeks to raise general awareness of the role the planning process plays in every day life.

A number of events will take place over the coming months.

Motivate, Invigorate: Facilitate A guide to commissioning a facilitator has been produced by Integreat Yorkshire. The booklet was part of the Learning Laboratory 2 programme, funded by the Academy for Sustainable Communities. 09 September 2008
