The quality of the brief is critical to gaining the most from consultants, and maximising their value. Design consultants can often misinterpret poorly written briefs, and not address the real issues of the project, thus diluting the original aspirations or wasting time.
We can prepare a wide range of briefs for a developer or a design competition, or for consultancy tendering and so forth. We will work with the stakeholders to develop their vision and identify objectives, evaluation criteria and the tendering/competition process. We can also provide supporting site analysis and policy evaluation and other issue specific reports as necessary thus gaining the most from consultants.
