If your scheme has been been put forward for a Design Review Panel meeting,  please take time to complete the following Briefing Pro Forma. This will allow the Design Review staff to fully advise and brief the Panel prior to Review, ensuring you will receive the best advice and guidance possible.

Please give a short summary of the brief and site context: history, overview of location, area of site, topography, site as existing, access etc
Please list or describe any relevant constraints here: statutory issues, policy conflicts, flooding etc
Please outline the key features of the proposal, an overview of the design philosophy and any other pertinent issues: built form, access, landscape, sustainability
Number of display boards, content of display boards such as site analysis, elevations, red line drawings etc
Please state who has requested that the scheme be sent to Integreat Plus and any particular reasons why the Review is required
