Design Review Hub

What does the Hub do?

The Hub aims to support all panels in the Yorkshire and Humber region by collating and disseminating information arising from Design Review. This will be used to facilitate and deliver training for a wide range of audiences; track schemes through the planning process and beyond, so the impacts of Design Review can be recorded to inform future projects; promote all panels in the region; and manage the affiliation relationship between CABE. It is a shared resource whose value will grow over time.

The Hub is also where Local, Sub-regional and Yorkshire Panel Managers combine knowledge about Design Review to improve the service across the whole region at every level. Please click here to find out more about the Panel Managers Network.

The Yorkshire Design Review Service is envisaged to be a critical component to improve design quality across Yorkshire and the Humber. In time, it will evolve to provide other forms of design related support including review of design related aspects of Planning Strategies, Policies and Guidance; Project Enabling; and Post Design Review Support.
