Integreat Plus is working to increase the place based knowledge, understanding and expertise across Yorkshire to support and encourage best and next practice thinking. Sheffield Urban Think Tank is one of our collaborations informed by this approach. The SUTT is a ‘learning from place’ partnership between Integreat PLUS, Sheffield City Council, Sheffield Hallam University, University of Sheffield and Creative Sheffield.
4x4 making places will take place from 6pm on four Thursday evenings in March. It is open to all and free to attend.
Fablabs can be described as small-scale workshops using off-the-shelf technologies which are used to bring prototyping capabilities to communities. This event will offer information about the benefits of fablabs and how your local community can get involved.
The NEW REGENERATION and ECONOMIC landscape being created by the Coalition Government, especially replacing the Regional Development Agencies with private sector led Local Economic Partnerships, will require creative responses, innovative and flexible solutions to be developed.
