Richard Motley: Managing Director
Kate Fewson: Design Review Manager
Kate Fewson is the Panel Manager for the Yorkshire Design Review Service. As part of Integreat Plus, her role is to work with developers, built environment professionals and local authorities to positively develop emerging construction projects through peer review. She joined Integreat in January 2010 when the Service first launched in Yorkshire after working in the private sector. She is an architect with a keen interest in building performance and low energy design following research for her MSc in Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies from the Centre for Alternative Technology.

Richard Sewell: Design Review Co-ordinator
Richard Sewell is the Yorkshire Design Review Service Coordinator at Integreat Plus and is responsible for the day to day running of the service. Richard works closely with private practices, Local Authorities, Design Council CABE, and other statutory bodies to help raise the design quality of developments across Yorkshire. Before joining Integreat Plus he completed an MSc in Environmental Planning which gave him a firm understanding of the positive effects good place making and planning can have on communities. Prior to this, Richard worked on a number of regeneration projects in Liverpool that set out to increase opportunities and raise aspirations of disadvantaged young people.

Elizabeth Motley: Head of Urbanism and Architecture
Elizabeth Motley is Head of Architecture and Urbanism with Integreat Plus. An architect and urbanist, she has over 25 years of experience in a wide range of projects across Yorkshire and the Humber. She specialises in sustainable place-making and has been involved in a number of significant regeneration projects over the last ten years. These projects ranged from Strategic Planning, Masterplanning, urban design, and conservation. Spanning a wide range of uses including commercial, retail, housing, rail and transport, cultural and leisure.
Elizabeth is also RIBA Regional Secretary, An Academician for the Academy of Urbanism and a member of the Sheffield City Design and Sustainability Panel. She has sat on the judging panel of several RIBA awards at both national and regional level.

Alan MacDonald: Urbanist
Alan MacDonald is an Urbanist at Integreat Plus and has a strong track record of delivering a number of significant projects within the company. He has a background in architecture, having worked for several award-winning practices on a diverse range of projects prior to joining Integreat Plus. Alan has developed an extensive knowledge of low carbon construction techniques and has taught at the University of Sheffield. He now specialises in sustainable urbanism and is currently developing several projects for clients such as Sheffield City Council, Leeds City Council and Yorkshire Dance.
Rob Cullen: Assistant Urbanist
Rob Cullen is Assistant Urbanist at Integreat Plus. He has been involved in various projects, from researching options for a large retail project in Scunthorpe to organising networking events that aim to promote excellence in place-making throughout the region. Additionally, Rob has extensive experience as a graphic designer which has proved invaluable when promoting region-wide events. He has extensive experience of building close working relationships with numerous clients, such as North Lincolnshire County Council, Sheffield City Council, Leeds and Bradford Councils, Genecon and Creative Sheffield.
